Carol L. Winter was born in Bremerton, Washington on September 15th, 1941 to Everett & Nellie Winter. She was a long term resident of the Seattle area, and lived for a few years in Hawaii as well. Carol passed away peacefully in Lynnwood, Washington on August 10th, 2014. Carol enjoyed a career as a seamstress, sewing was her passion. Carol will be missed forever by those she leaves behind including her brother Steve Winter and his wife Noriko Winter of Honolulu, Hawaii, and many other loving friends, especially those at the Greenwood Christian Church in Seattle. May she forever rest in peace.
