Brian David Ware April 7, 1964 - August 2, 2015 Brian David Ware, 51, passed on to the great Mother Road on August 2, 2015, in Interior, South Dakota. He died doing what he loved - riding his motorcycle with his wife heading to Sturgis and Henke Hill. A Seattle native, Brian embraced life, living every day to the fullest. He had a diverse set of interests, including riding his Harley with his favorite fellow riders and playing hockey with his Squids teammates. But Brian's family was the most treasured aspect of his life - the moments that meant the most to him were hosting big family dinners, watching movies and playing games with his wife Laura, daughter Casey and son Trevor, taking Casey for motorcycle rides, going on Boy Scout outings with Trevor, and remodeling their home with Laura. Brian's extended family - his cherished friends - meant the world to him as well. From hunting to fishing to skiing to simply laughing over beer or bourbon, he valued all the time spent with the amazing people in his life. Brian enjoyed a long career in technology and ran his own successful business for 14 years. He had an incredible work ethic and was well known for his expertise. Not surprisingly, many of his colleagues and clients became his friends. He was so passionate about so many things, he always found a way to connect with people. His kind and gentle spirit drew people in. Brian is preceded in death by his mother Louise F. Ware. He is survived by his wife Laura Figueroa Ware, children Casey and Trevor Ware, their mother Kari Ware, father Jim (Joanne) Ware, sister Alison Ware, brothers Jeff (Nancy) and Steven (Nola) Ware, nephews Nathan, Benjamin and Gabriel Ware, and his many friends and relatives who loved him dearly. The Ware family wishes to thank all the kind people who stopped to help after the accident. We deeply appreciate the compassionate, loving care provided by the doctors, nurses and staff at Rapid City Regional Hospital. We also want to thank the numerous friends and family who have generously given their support and care. Services for Brian will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 6701 30th Ave. SW, Seattle, 98126, with a reception to follow from 1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m. at another location. Donations may be made in Brian's honor to Forget Me Not Animal Shelter in Republic, Washington.
