John A. Williams entered into peace on November 22, 2014 at his home in Seaside. Williams was born on May 31,1944 in Port Lavaca, Texas to the late Joe and Ethel Williams. He retired from the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a resident of Seaside, California for over 40 years.
His wife Gloria Williams predeced him in death in 2007; also three brothers and two stepsons. He is survived by his son, Norman Williams; sister, Stella Williams; brother, Wilber Williams; step-children Edward Johnson, Joe Johnson, Brenda and husband Stephen Lyons, Gloria Neola Johnson, Lucille Johnson, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
