Evelyn Robinson

Evelyn Robinson was born on March 19, 1961, in Florence , Italy unto the union of Alex and Sadie Wills. She possessed dual citizenship due to the fact she was a military brat. She first came to the Monterey Peninsula by way of Fort Ord in 1969. Alex Wills was a Sargent in the US Army for 20 years.

Evelyn received her formal education at Monterey High School and graduated. She married Aires Robinson and to that union 2 daughters were born - Valerie and Rachel Robinson.

She worked at various hotels in Monterey but ended her career at the Marriott Hotel with 20 years plus of service and received many awards from Marriott.

She was a very kind person, loving person. She loved to sew, decorate and shop, and was very good with children.

Evelyn departed this life on March 10, 2017, her father and mother proceeded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories in celebrating her life; two loving daughters, Valerie Robinson and Rachel Robinson, four sisters, Angela Wills, Ivory Dickerson, Ora Tindal, and Rochelle DeShazo, three brothers, Maury, Perry Wills and Samuel Fleming, three grandchildren, Armani Neil, Josiah Neil and Jaden Scott, and a host of aunt and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
