After selling his business he returned to Monterey where he owned and operated The Blue Fin Pub on Cannery Row.
He loved traveling to discover new places, discovering new friends and new foods. He was a musician and enjoyed playing his guitar. His most cherished times were those spent visiting with family and friends.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Connie McNeill of Seaside California.
He is survived by his Brother and sister-in-law Mike and Ellen McNeill and nephew Shawn McNeill of North Carolina, Sister and brother-in-law Kathy and Dan Qualls, of Tennessee, nieces Julie Fulton and Jessica (Ben) Gaillard and great-nephews Jace Fulton and Cole Gaillard, numerous cousins and extended family.
