Family was distant but as young girls we enjoyed playing and talking on her base CB Radio on Harvey Dr. in Mesquite, Texas. We had a lot of fun back then - 1974-75. We would babysit for her neighbor lady - we watched my little cousins Laura and newborn Terri  Lynn while my Aunt Massie worked at Minyard's Grocery way back then.

Great times as children! I have posted a Memorial on Find-A-Grave for Lynn. I wish that family issues would not have parted us. We were close and our boys were friends.  
We are descendants of George Delaney Floyd - our Great-Great-Great-Grandfather who settled in Young Texas in 1846 at the Floyd Homestead in what is in 2021 far south Dallas.   I have put some pictures of the Floyd family on #DallasPioneerFamily1846.  Rest in peace cousin Lynn. With love.
