At the time of Shirleys services I could not get this to come up.  I wanted the family to know that I know how much they are going to miss this precious mother and grandmother.  She was a dear friend who had such a great sense of humor that left you laughing all of the time. She loved her family very much. She was famous "for her chocolate gravy". She will be greatly missed by family and friends.I  Iove and miss you dear friend.

Mrs. Massie worked as my PreK Teacher Assistant for 4 years at Kleberg Elem. She was the sweetest lady and such a constant help in the classroom. I think of her often and miss her smile. God bless you Mrs. Massie.

Shirley was a dear friend, neighbor,  and family to me and my family, she was an awesome woman who believed in the Lord and talked about him many times when we had conversations my late husband Al always said she reminded him of his mother and my  children always talked highly of her, my grandchildren adored her and called her granny, she was an awesone friend to me and we had sone great conversations over the years, I will miss her dearly, but I know God has an awesome angel watching over her family now she will be greatly missed love you Shirley Massie!

Hugs and prayers to all of the Massie Family. Classmate of Paul but also friends with David & Dennis. Friends with the girls but they were a bit younger. Harold and Shirley were the sweetest couple.and so giving.  I will forever remember Shirleys sweet soft voice and her gorgeous smile. Lots of love to you siblings as you face the days ahead and remember how much pride and love your precious Mother had for each of you.

We loved this beautiful woman and we will always hold her close to our heart.

Shirley was an incredible woman. I spent alot of time in her home as June and i were growing up. I lived there most of the time and Shirley mothered me just like her own child.  So many memories from the chocolate gravy  she made us before school and having lunch ready for us alot of days so we did not have to eat school food. She would take June, me, Sweet pea and Kristi cruising around Seagoville before we were old enough to drive. She has left each and everyone of us with some great memories to hold onto forever. She will always have a special place in my heart.  Hugs and prayers for everyone..Rest in Peace mamma Shirley .

Shirley will be missed greatly. Our son, Curtis married her daughter, Susan. I remember the first time we went out there to visit. She and Harold made us feel as if we had known the always. My late husband, Jim, and
I shared many happy times with them.
She is rejoicing now in  Heaven with

My prayers are with you all......Shirley was such a good woman. Seems like yesterday Paul, Dennis, Ricky and myself playing riding our bikes all day. I can remember like it was also yesterday we would all run in the kitchen thru the garage for a drink, to rest or watch tv. Shirley was always in the kitchen. Our childhood and those times are so special to me - we are blessed to have had that. What wonderful memories over the years.....
