Born at home in Winnsboro, TX, the family later moved to California. Years later, they returned to Texas and she attended W.W. Samuel H.S. in Dallas. In 1963, she met the love of her life and husband of 58 years, Bernie Rose.
After many successful years in the insurance industry, she became an “Avon Lady”. With her dedication and work ethic, she became a member of the prestigious Avon-McConnell Club, awarded to those with exceptional sales records.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Mae Martin, siblings Bill, Gail and Connie.
She is survived by her loving husband Bernie and her son, Herb, and 2 grandchildren.
A Memorial will be held on October 16, 2021, at 2 P.M. at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
