Jose lived a wonderful life. Jose enjoyed making memories on family vacations, birthdays, and holidays. Jose was an enthusiast of history, war, aviation, air shows, NASCAR, car shows, football, baseball, camping, traveling, and last but not least, photography. In 2017 Jose became disabled and began babysitting his grandchildren, he said he had his own daycare, it was named Papa P's Daycare and he enjoyed every minute of each day. Jose was a very kind and loving man. Jose was always smiling and would make friends everywhere he went. Jose was known as the picture man, always having his camera around his neck to capture every moment. Jose's favorite vacation place was the "Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee." It was his dream to move there and retire in the mountains. He called it his Happy Place"!
