George Leo Duckworth

George Leo Duckworth 74, was born to Kitty Bell “Allen” Duckworth & Randall L Duckworth in Henderson County on October 26, 1942. He passed away on September 29, 2017. George's biggest passion in life was machining. He loved working with a piece of steel and admiring the end results. George was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Trina Rene Duckworth, his brothers, Randall L Duckworth, Dan Allen Duckworth, Bernice, “Micky” Reagan Duckworth. Sisters, Avis Kay Williamson, Margie Arlene Lunsford, and Lyndell Jean Jarvis. Two other brothers, Robert & Mac Taylor whose lives were cut short a birth. Left with cherished memories is his wife Kathryn (Katie); sons George Jr & William Martin, daughters Heather Wooten & Ruth Fukuda; his baby sister Laverne” Tucker & husband James; brother-in-law RW Williamson. Five grandchildren; Deanthony Wooten, Journi Wooten, Caleb Wooten, Katyrose Fukuda & John Isaac who touched his heart & made him laugh a lot towards the end. Services will be October 3rd at Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville, TX. Visitation beginning at 12 noon with interment to follow at 2. George will be laid to rest next to his beautiful daughter in the Garden of Valley View. Military honors will be rendered. Brother Phillips Officiating.
