Emma Winchester Hash

Emma Winchester Hash, of Leesburg, Texas, passed away on April 11, 2025, in Leesburg, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend to all who knew and loved her. She was born on December 28, 1931, in Winnsboro, Texas to Frank and Francis Driggars.

Emma graduated from Seagoville High School, married Thurman Winchester in 1949, and lived in Seagoville. He died in 1982. She married Avery Hash in 1983 and lived in Leesburg. He died in 2022. Her hobby was painting landscapes. She also loved to travel.

Emma is survived by her children & their spouses, Larry & Kathy Winchester, Rex & Liz Winchester, Kay & Paul Shia and David & Judy Winchester, step daughter-in-law Louise Hash. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 6 sisters, 4 brothers and one stepson.

The visitation will be held from 12:30 - 1:00 o’clock p.m. on 4/16/2025 at the Roselawn Funeral home in Seagoville, Tx. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on 4/16/2025 at Lee Cemetery, Seagoville, Tx.
