Bonnie Rae Duran Chapman was born in Caputa, South Dakota on Dec. 10, 1934. Bonnie was preceded in death by her father Pedro and mother Frotosa; husband William (Bill) Allen Chapman; sons David, Chip and Todd; and sister, Dorothy Ellis.
Bill met Bonnie while stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Richard Chapman and Jacqueline McCullough; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grand daughter and her devoted companion of 9 years, Annie.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 10am Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home with interment following in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Justin Chapman, Austin Chapman, Allen Chapman, Pnut Bearden, John Bryant, Charles Bryant and Brenden Chapman.
