Mrs. Betty Sue Hawley

Betty Sue Hawley (71) of Dallas, Texas went home to the Lord June 7, 2016. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Texas on August 16, 1944 to S.N. Massey and Charline Harper Massey. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Mary Cooper and Brenda Cobb. Left with cherished memories is her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, Ira Hawley; son Keith Hawley; son Victor Hawley & wife Melissa; daughter Shanna Myers & husband Douglas; grandson Dustin Hawley; grandson Kenneth Myers & wife Meisha; grandson Colby Myers; grandson Korey Myers; grandson Kelton Myers; granddaughter Bryanna Hawley; granddaughter Susane Hawley; grandson Sean Hawley; grandson Clayton Hawley; grandson Jacob Hawley; granddaughter Daniell Hawley; granddaughter Tabitha Hawley; sister Sheila Horn; brother Sammy Massey and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family loved ones and beloved friends. Betty was a caregiver to her grandson Dustin. She adored him and was very dedicated to him. Betty loved all of her family very much. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family. She also enjoyed church and listening to gospel music most of all, she liked to go shopping. The family will receive friends at a visitation 6-8pm. Friday June 10, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Saturday June 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
