Virginia has been known to many different friends and family by many different names, Virginia, Ginna, Gigi, Ginny but everyone would describe her the same. Virginia would cook for any and everyone. If you came to visit, you better be hungry because you were getting food and a lot of it. Virginia enjoyed opening her home and having people come and celebrate an occasion or just a meal. Virginia was born and raised on Long Island where she worked as a butcher in a grocery store chain.
Virginia and her husband Tommy retired and moved to AZ to escape the cold. Shortly after arriving in Arizona Virginia developed many deep and personal friendships over 30 years. Virginia was heartbroken when she lost her husband Tommy and then her niece Jennifer not long after, but Virginia was still the comfort for everyone else in the family.
Virginia loved and was loved very much and will be missed and is survived by Tom, Carol, KJ, Jackie, Carli, Aidan, Logan, Connor, Ellie, Emma and Lilly.
