Terry and I worked side by side in the same small cubicle at the Northrop Grumman Corp, Defense Systems Division in Rolling Meadows, Illinois for many years. We shared a lot of things and were good friends. We shared ideas on how to electronically package Radar Jamming equipment for many different Miitary Aircraft including the B52, the B1 and the B2 Stealth Bomber. We would go to lunch many times and enjoy a cold one after work sometimes. I really miss him, God Bless him.

Thank you for helping me when I was in Arizona. I put on my daytime to write you only to accidentally find this out. I am in tears & devastated. You were the BEST uncle & so cool. Thank you for everything..you will be solely missed

Terry and I have been soul brothers since we met in Scottsdale and have  talked and hung out together for over 30 yrs. 
I spoke to Terry  mid Nov and he informed me of a get together with
his family in Scottsdale.  Terry and I call each other weekly to catch up and give thanks for our good fortune. I did not receive a call or text for Thanksgiving which concerned me?  On Monday I went on facebook and asked him to call me and emailed him as well. On Tueday I felt an energency to call my brother to speak with him, having lost his number I googled his name and an obituary popped up
I was confused and called the number on  this obituary  and a person at the mortuary answered? I asked if this was real and she could not confirm or deny. I left her my name and number and she said they would pass this on to his family?  I went back on google and saw his picture and date of passing, I was in total denial?  Yesterday evening I broke down and came to the realization my brother Terry was gone and we would never see or speak to each other again. I am writing this with great sorrow and disbelief. I wnat his family to know Terry and I were brothers, we loved and respected each other and not a waking moment went by without caring and feeling for each others 
presence. I know nothing of what occurred please someone call me

I worked with Terry at  Northrop in Rolling Meadows for many years before he left. We played on sports teams together, he was quite the competitor and always inspired his friends and teammates to play their hearts out. Always friendly and had a smile on his face especially on game day. It was a honor to have known Terry and to call him a friend. He will be greatly missed by so many and he left us with many wonderful memories. Rest In Peace Terry (Bags) 

My cousin Terry was like a big brother, and a friend to me. He was caring, protective, handsome, and so intelligent. I am blessed to have had him in my life. I will miss him, especially around the Thanksgiving holiday, for when he wasn’t with his beautiful daughters,  Angela , and Dana, and their families; he was with his CA cousins. In addition, he has been apart of so many family gatherings. Lastly, I loved when we worked at NGC together, he was just a phone call away, I could vent my frustrations and he totally understood, then we would laugh together.

My Brother-In-Law Terry...

Terry was so kind and comical. He was always there to lend a helping hand, such a gentle, warm-hearted person. Always greeted you with a smile...he loved his three girls, his wife, Debra, and his daughters, Angela, and Dana. There wasn't ANYTHING he wouldn't do for them. 
Once, he gifted me a car, out of generosity because I needed work transportation. Terry was such a funny man, always making me laugh. I recall, when I was pregnant...I craved Burger King (a lot) and when he came to visit Debra, he would always bring me a Whopper with fries and that was so nice of him. I also  I remember, when he brought his pet monkey, Roscoe, for visits. He also was an avid Husky lover, The family had a male (Kush) and female (Jaz), Jaz was his favorite, she followed his every move. I enjoyed the family time with our families, the BBQ's, concerts, and gatherings. We always had such a great time. We would always go to the club ("Someplace Else"): my sister, Debra, Terry, Stanley, and myself. Those were special times that I will always cherish...

My big brother Terry will be missed by me. I knew Terry for 22 years as a co-worker and good friend from when he lived in Scottsdale and San Diego. He was someone who I never saw upset. Ever. Terry would always look on the upside of situations and try to bring you along with him.

We had a lot of good times watching Bears & Bulls game…he knew my mother and brother from pool/house parties I used to throw in Scottsdale. He was the first one to come see my mother when she moved to Phoenix in October 2021. He was like extended family to us.

When I started work travel to San Diego in 2017 I was able to see him more on my work trips.

Even on the last days that my mom & me saw him in the hospital he was jovial and joking wanting us to sneak him some turkey into the hospital. That was Terry!

I send my condolences to his family & family and my aching heart is with you.

I worked with Terry at Northrop DSD (before Grumman merger).  Besides work, we played softball together at the forest preserve in Elk Grove.  We had some fun times if not a bit raucous.  As others have stated, he was a gentle soul, always cool, calm and collected.  I never heard him speak a harsh word about anyone.  It was a pleasure to have known and worked with Terry - a very good, decent man. 

I left Northrop in ’89 for a job in Phoenix.  I ran into Terry again about ten years later. He had taken a job at a sub-contract engineering firm we were using at the time.  Unfortunately, we were unable to connect before he left Phoenix for Southern California.  

Fast forward to 2020.  It is such a small world.  Over thirty years later and 1800 miles away from where we first met, my manager told me he was considering hiring an engineer I had worked with at Northrop.  Could have knock me over with a feather when he told me this news.  I was surprised -  pleasantly to find out it was Terry.  Of course I highly recommended my manager hire Terry.  Unfortunately, I was on loan to another of our business sites and unable to work with Terry at our Deer Valley site.  However, we had the opportunity to meet up over burgers and adult refreshments.  We had a great time reminiscing about the old days and catching up on the last thirty years.  I wish we could have gotten together more often, but am thankful for the chance we had to meet up.  

I am very saddened by the passing of Terry.  Would never have expected this, he was such a strong, robust guy, full of life, can’t believe he is gone.  He will be sorely missed.  He left this world way too young.  The world really is in need of more people like Terry.  Terry, rest in peace my friend.

Such a Kind and Gentle Being! Sincere condolences to the family.

I have soooo many fond memories of my brother-in-law Terry.  I really can't call you an in-law as you have truly been my brother throughout my entire life.  I remember when you took me to buy my first car, we shopped for so long and you were patient with me every step of the way.   I also remember how you chewed me out for letting my brakes go bad lol!  You ripped me a new one and I was looking for help from my sister but didn't get it, ha ha.  This was a lesson I had to learn.  From that day to this one, I have no problem with my brakes and anything else on my car as I am on top of everything because of you!

You were teaching me at the time what to look for in the future.  I did not see it then, but I see it now.  I thank you soo much for being my brother-in-law.  I'm truly grateful for the advice you have given me and our talks throughout the years. This is hard for me to type, but I know you would not allow for me to sulk, and I will not because I know you are in a better place.  I am truly grateful to have had you in my life.  You are truly a blessing Terry, and a servant of the Lord!  Thank you so much for everything!

Mr. Terrance W. Mollison. 
"Mr . Mollison", as I called him respectfully, was one of the dearest and closest family member in my life. He was ALWAYS willing to help or assist, in any way he could, his family and friends. He was one of the most extremely honorable and respectable person, I have ever met. He will be missed and cherished. But God has rewarded him with eternal peace and everlasting life.

Terrance was my very best guy friend!

I have so many memories of our decades of friendship.  Wednesday night lobster dinners at the Boathouse with our 30 closest friends, happy hours at Elephant Bar, Miquel's, the W, Café Seville..so many more.  Dinners at PF Changs and Birthdays at Ruth Chris.  Lunches at the Brigantine!

Quiet time on my patio....Wrapping my last minute Christmas presents. Terrance would have to fit candles into too small of gift bags but he did it.

Being there for each other always...I knew he had my back as he knew i had his.

Terry was the most kind, gentle, quiet man.   He was generous to fault.  He was funny and fun. He was a true honorable dependable gentleman who loved the Lord.

He will be forever in my heart. I miss you Terrance.  I love you and yes....i will start my book!  Forever,  Miss J.

I am so sorry to hear about my friend Terry. We were classmates at Thomas Jefferson Public School in Chicago, Illinois. Since I have relatives in Arizona I looked forward to visiting with him there. I pray God's grace and comfort during this time of bereavement for you his family, and friends.
