Shirley Ann Cameron

Shirley A. Cameron born July 5, 1944 in Akron, Ohio, passed away on May 6, 2016 in Mesa, Arizona. A Vietnam veteran, who studied nursing, had a heart of gold. She will always be remembered for opening her heart and home to everyone. Since retirement Shirley looked forward to spending time with family, friends and her four dogs. Shirley was preceded in death by both of her parents, a husband and sister-in-law. She is survived by three sisters; Carol, Diane, Barbara and one brother Paul, her three loving children; sons, Michael, Ernest and daughter Roseann. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Brian, Ethan, Hunter, Tyler, Paul, Jayson, Brandon and Kayla, and three great-grandchildren; Jasper, Oliver and Zander. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in Shirley’s name to Disabled American Veterans.
