Ruth Aline Weidmann

She was born Ruth Aline Metz on August 25, 1922 in Cherokee, Oklahoma. She lived there till she was 13 years old then she moved to California to live with her sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and Luther Edwards. While there she met Rudolph (Joseph) Weidmann and they married on June 15, 1947. They had three children, Deborah, Dennis, and Dean. She worked for a Day Care Center for 10 years and J. C. Penney’s for 13 years where she retired from. She is survived by her children; two daughter-in-laws, Deborah and Ronda; ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death on March 3, 1984. She passed away on February 3, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. Services will be held at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, Scottsdale, AZ on Monday, February 8, 2016 with a visitation from 10-11am followed by a graveside service.
