

Rosanne "Rose" Barrus, age 71, of Chandler, Arizona passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 surrounded by members of her family. Rose was born on December 6, 1950 in Phoenix, Arizona to Edward and Emily Noyes. Rose grew up in Phoenix, and graduated from St. Mary's High School. She was married to her loving husband of 30 years, Bill Barrus, on August 23, 1991 on the edge of the Grand Canyon. Rose retired from Motorola in 1999. Family was very important to Rose, and she devoted her life to raising her children Robert, Rene, and Richard as well as her grandchildren Eddie and Jay Jay, and one great-grandchild, Melina.
Rose is survived by her husband, Bill Barrus; sons Robert and Richard (Amanda); daughter Rene (Edward); mother Emily Donn; brothers Michael (Lucinda), Nick (Espie), and Rocky; sisters Berna, Lydia (Steve), and Terri; seven grandchildren, Erica, Eddie, Jay Jay, Faith, Ronan, Hawk, and Tempest; six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Rose in death are her father, Edward Noyes, and her sister, Teresa Noyes.

Rose is much loved and will be deeply missed by her family, but her memory will live on in their hearts. A private service will be held for Rose at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to her favorite charity: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
