She was born in South Bend, Indiana on March 12, 1933.
Polly graduated from Mishawaka High School. She later worked in Secretarial work.
She was very much into her faith and was a member of her Church and Sunday School.
Polly Ann was loved by her friends & family. She loved old movies, flowers, cats, and the color pink. She was sweet, kind & loving. She is and will be missed and loved very much!
Polly is survived by her Nieces, Nephews, and her beloved cat.
A gathering and graveside for Polly will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 8:30 AM at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257.
