Linda Sue McKown

Linda Sue McKown, age 61, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 in her home, Linda was born in Des Moines, Iowa on September 22, 1962, to William J Caddell and Shirley J. (Carwin) Caddell.

Linda married Michael Murray on June 17, 1985 and had three wonderful children together. Following Michael's passing, she happily married Walter McKown on January 21, 2017, with her most valued people by her side to celebrate their union. Linda was kind, caring, and a loving person to her children, extended family, and her many friends.

She had a kind heart and was always willing to help those around her, She loved and cared for her dogs Buster, Princess, Stinky, and Bolt, her granddogs Chance and Charlie, and her work dog George. She had a passion for various hobbies including making jewelry, collecting coins, and making special desserts for family gatherings. Linda always enjoyed spending time with her family, especially for the holiday. She was highly valued and accomplished employee of SDB since 1994 where she helped with the operation of the company and helped with many charity events.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Murray, and father, William Caddell. She is survived by her mother Shirley Caddell; husband Walter McKown; three children, Sean Murray, Sarah Murray and Kevin Murray (Alicia); two sisters, Deborah Steiner (David), and Amy Workman.
