John L. Berta

John L. Berta, 92, passed away on April 18, 2018. He was born August 1, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to Katie and John Berta. Following graduation from high school, John served his country with the US Navy during WWII. John worked over 40 years as accounting manager for Salt River Project. John enjoyed golfing and watching any type of sports, especially ASU football. He is survived by his daughters Kathy Cantwell (Bob) and Cindy Nicholson (Doug), 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life in John's honor, will be held May 4, 2018 10:00 am at the Beatitude's Campus (1650 W Glendale Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85021).
