Jeremiah loved to play with his 3 girls and his dogs, he loved to go camping, whether it was the lakes or the mountains, weekends he loved getting together with family and friends to watch the NFL his favorite team the Cardinals.
Jeremiah is survived by his daughters, Peyton, Aubrey, and Cassidy; Mother, Teresa Summers; brothers, Jessie Boehmer, Josh Tucker; sisters, Tabetha Scantling, Danielle Summers; step-siblings, Jeremiah, Jered martin. Cheraya Martin; 2 nieces; 5 nephews; 1 great niece; and grandparents, Larry and Judy Bosley from Florence and Tim and Linda Boehmer from Glendale. Jeremiah is preceded in death by his father Tracy Boehmer and Uncle Larry Bosley.
Funeral services will be held at Green Acres Mortuary, January 10, 2017 3:00pm
