James Pierce Smith, 83, of Mesa, Arizona, entered into rest on October 20, 2015. Dear father of Terryll (Jeff) Randl, loving grandpa of Christy (Ben) McLure and Stacy Randl; dear brother of Gladys Terry and Raymond "Bud" (Elsie) Smith. Dear brother-in-law of Judy Smith. Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many. James was a 27 year employee of the Salt River Project in the Valley of the Sun. He spent his early years in Kingman, Arizona and was a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
