James “Rusty” C. Rogers, 89, passed away in Mesa, Arizona on December 15, 2017. Rusty proudly served in the United States Navy for 2 years during WWII. He was a long time member of the Ogden, Iowa Masonic Lodge. Rusty retired from Garrett AIResearch and the City of Scottsdale where he was a maintenance supervisor. Rusty is predeceased by his loving wife Norma and his daughter Carolyne Hamilton; 2 sisters and one brother. He is survived by his sons, Gary “Rusty” Rogers (Kandace) and Mike Norlin (Patty); one sister; 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22nd from 4:30-6:30 p.m at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery, Scottsdale, AZ. A Memorial Service to celebrate Rusty’s life will be held on Saturday, December 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery, Scottsdale, Arizona.
