Jacki was born on May 27, 1959 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ to Jack and Joanne Turner. She was married 37 years to James Rowell of Tempe, AZ. She is survived by her husband, her 2 children Jennifer Ingram (Shawn) of North Smithfield, RI, Jeremy Rowell of Tempe, brother Joel and sister-in-law Julie of Gilbert, numerous niece and nephews, uncles and aunts. She had 3 grandchildren Shawn II, Caia and Emma.
Jacki graduated from Tempe High School in 1977 and Arizona State University with a BA degree in 1981. Jacki, a devout Christian, was a person of deep faith and has now found peace in God’s kingdom. Jacki was last employed at Sigma-Bar S Foods in Phoenix as a Certified Payroll Specialist.
A memorial will be held at Green Acres Memorial Chapel, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale 85257 on October 2, 2020 at 11am, and will be live streamed on Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery Facebook page.
