Iris you will be missed. When I met you for the first time as a little girl I remember how happy and fun you were. Seeing your big smile, dancing, laughing and having fun with David has stayed in my memories till this day. So glad I had a chance to see both you and David again a few years ago even though it was just in passing through. You are a joy! My condolences to David, family and friends. ❤

I remember the times you use to give me tons of candy, always there with a smile sharing your positive energy and love. Alway laughing A great aunt no words can describe  how much you will be missed and how I wish I could’ve heard your voice again. Love you Tia to the moon.

My Aunt Iris was an amazing woman. I have many beautiful memories of the time she stayed with us in SC. I remember listening to Selena cds with her or the day she showed me the proper way to put on body spray. Those memories will always be with me. I know the Lord is caring for her now and always. I love you Tia and will miss you.

Words cannot express the immense loss felt when such a beautiful person leaves us. Her personality filled the room, her laughter was contagious, her love was felt with every hug, her smile would light up the whole place. She was strong, she was confident, passionate, sassy, spicy, joyful, loved to show off her dance moves, and the life of the party. But most of all she was a woman of God who loved her family! Iris welcomed my family to the neighborhood when we moved here 8 years ago and we have been very blessed to have such wonderful neighbors. We are all so incredibly heartbroken over your loss. She loved my little grandson and would spoil him with candy, toys, and lots of hugs whenever she saw him.  She was such a passionate lady and she loved with her whole heart.  Her love for children was  so obvious. She was beautiful inside and out.  We will surely miss you Iris. 💜

Iris, I miss you so much. Thank you for loving me like your very own daughter, for teaching me how to be a good mom and wife, and bringing so much joy to our lives. I miss your hugs and you yelling my name to come “taste this” in whatever pot you were stirring up. You loved your grand babies and pushed us to let them be who they are. Mila said it best “grandma knew we were kids and always just wanted us to have fun.” We will hold on to your love and try our best to keep the fun going in their lives just like you would have. Here’s the first time Iris met Shivaughn, who was pregnant with her last grandchild. She always use to say I have her first grand kid and last grandkid...lol
