Was sharing with my hubby and his oldest daughter yesterday about some of the awesome recipes she had and how we would want to cook like her -- she would give them up - however, there always seemed to be something missing. :)  The best way to snatch up the way she cooked something was to go over to her house and watch her make it.  That's how I got her cornbread dressing and banana pudding down! She did make the best white beans ever - the trick boil hard for about an hour - then slowly cook until the broth is like a thin gravy - oh and don't forget the bacon grease, that was one of her "secret spices"  xox

Georgia was a second Mom to me.  She always had a smile and we shared many laughs and fun times.  She was a strong woman who taught and inspired me through the years. I will miss her very much.  

Georgia has always been caring towards Dave and I.  Spending time at Stephen & Terry Parrish events., and a few of ours. Sharing your famous cheesecake. Georgia even sent the recipe to me in a Christmas card one year. We will always cherish the time we got to spend with you. Praying for your family that they all have peace.
