Donna J. Weiss
October 29, 1941 – December 20, 2018
IN THE CARE OF
Donna Jean Weiss, age 77, passed away on December 20, 2018 in Phoenix, AZ surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Prescott, AZ to Mr. & Mrs. Roy C. Kent and attended Scottsdale high School.
Donna retired from The City of Phoenix after 31 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends. Survivors include her 2 sons, James Rodney Weiss of California; and Timothy Weiss and wife, Jamie of Michigan; four grandchildren, Kobie, Morgan, Clayton and Elijah; and one sister, Mary Francis Koch, Scottsdale.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 24th at 9:30 am with a Memorial Service to follow at 10:00 am, at Green Acres Mortuary Chapel of Light in Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donna's honor to Sage Hospice.
