Dewey “Duke” Ray Bass, 82 -passed December 16th 2018 in Apache Junction, Arizona with the comfort of his family nearby. Born in Hamilton Texas to James and Marie Bass and later moved to Arizona where he graduated from Central High school. After high school, Duke started his career in Drywall; later, starting his own well-respected drywall contracting company. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Bass and his son Stephen Bass. Dukes children and Grandchildren were the pride and joy of his life. The legacy of Dukes spirit, his passion for hunting and fishing and his zest for life will live on through them. Duke is survived by his three sisters Nadine, Katherine and Billie. As well as his children, Denise Bass, Ken Bass and Rand Szajna and their families. He was a grandfather to eight grandchildren, Shanun, Ken, Jamie, Dennis, Patrick, Madeline, Chelsie, Ashley and 5 great Grandchildren. Duke will forever be in our thoughts and hearts.
