Dennis Leroy Mooneyham

Dennis L. Mooneyham, age 80, of Tempe, Arizona passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Dennis was born September 25, 1941, in Los Angels, California. He graduated from Baldwin Park High School, and received an Associates Degree from Long Beach State.

Dennis was married in 1969 to Marilyn Cox Mooneyham in Whittier, California. He served proudly in the U.S. Army, and in Law Enforcement for the Los Angeles Police Department. He had a passion for his grandchildren and woodworking.

Dennis is survived by his wife of nearly 53 years, Marilyn Mooneyham, daughter Malayna Hamann, and son Matt Mooneyham; grandchildren Luke Hamann, Drake Mooneyham, Josh Hamann and Courtney Hamann; by sister Wendy Manni and brother Donald Mooneyham.

Graveside services with Military and Police Honors will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Green Acres Cemetery, (Peace Tower). 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257.
