Deana Marie Brown

She was born October 2, 1953 in Los Angeles, California and graduated from Highlands High School and also received an Associates Degree from Mesa Community College and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. Deana married Leon Brown at McClellan Air Force Base in California on January 6, 1973. She worked as a courier for FedEx for 31 years where she retired. Deana had a great passion for her family and loved to travel.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Brown; her daughter, Deonne (Donya) Mitchell; her son, Channing (Melissa) Brown; and her grandchildren, Isis Mitchell, Derrick Mitchell, and Olivia Brown.

A celebration of life memorial service for Deana will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Grace Community Church, 1200 East Southern Avenue, Tempe, Arizona 85282.
