Daniel Lee Kelty

He was born in Joliet, Illinois on June 19, 1969 to David Kelty and Christine Melander. Daniel moved to Arizona and attended Deer Valley High School in Phoenix. He married Christine Samz on August 30, 2017 in Decorah, Iowa.

Daniel had a career in logistics with C.R. England, Cardinal Logistics and Ruan Transportation. He had a passion for his family, animals, and tattoos.

Daniel is survived by his his spouse, Christine Kelty; his children: Riley, Courtney, and Brooks Kelty; his grandchildren: Landon, Logan and Kaiden Traverse; Jaxon and Remington Kelty; mother, Christine Reno and step-father, Dennis Reno; sister, Amy Kelty; son-in-law, Brandon Traverse; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life for Daniel will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257, followed by a reception and gathering at 1:00 PM.
