We celebrated Cindy's Birthday today with her close friends Dick and Debbie Minor and Daniel Bogner at Talking Stick. Cindy would have been 47 on June 17. Even though she is physically removed from us her presence will always be with us.

Cindy will be greatly missed.  We will miss hearing her voice when she would call in to Health Net.  She is now in peace.

Cindy O. (as many of us knew her) touched our everyday lives through Health Net of Arizona and I am deeply saddened by her passing. Now she lives in peace.

I never met Cindy in person, but we became friends on the phone. I work at Healthnet and it was always a pleasure to talk with Cindy.  It seems hard to believe that a friendship can be happen that way, but a real good friendship developed. I concider myself very fortunate to have known her and to count her as a friend. Through out the office everyone knew "Cindy O". I will miss her cheery voice, and her humor. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family. I will miss you "Cindy O".
