Carolyn Frances Flowers

Carolyn Flowers, 80, passed away peacefully at her daughter, Kathy Manciet’s home on May 1, 2019. Carolyn was born to Buster and Vera Martin on January 31, 1939 in Globe, Arizona. Carolyn graduated from Arizona State University with both a BA and MA in education. She taught special education and English as a second language in the White River; Apache Junction; Henderson, Nevada; and Scottsdale School Districts. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Jerry Flowers. She is survived by her sister, Betty Pepper (Hugh Pepper); son, Kevin Flowers (Loni Flowers); daughter, Kathy Manciet (Larry Manciet); grandchildren: Jessica Frazee, Connor Frazee, Lauren Mendoza, Mandi Hoover, and Heather Hoover-Pekfrey; great-grandchildren: Bella, Braden, Jackson, Hannah, Cooper and Hailey.
