Carol earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota in 1964, Masters degree from McNeese College in Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1978 and Law degree from Arizona State University in 1990. She was a practicing attorney in Scottsdale, Arizona until she retired. Prior to her career as an attorney, Carol was an Educator from 1974 to 1986 at Reynaud Middle School and Maplewood Junior High School (gifted program).
In her free time, Carol enjoyed playing bridge and became a Life Master.
She is survived by her sons, Jim Rowley (Heidi) of Baton Rouge, LA and John Rowley (Heather) of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren Caroline Rowley, Eliza Rowley and Joe Rowley; and sister Janet (Brian) Frantz. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard F. and Millicent M. Macheak; her son Michael P. Rowley; and sisters Mary Krueger and Kay Lambert.
