Glenn E. Schroeder, 69, of Scottsbluff, passed away Monday, September 11, 2006, at his home. Cremation was at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory in Scottsbluff. Glenn was born October 2, 1936, at Sterling, Illinois to Elmer and Lois (Churchill) Schroeder. He graduated from Tech High School in Omaha. On August 30, 1958, he married Mary F. Bozdech in Omaha. They moved to Scottsbluff in 1968, where he operated Producers Sale Barn and then owned and operated Corks & Cans Liquor Store until his retirement. He was an avid football fan. Survivors include his wife, Mary; sons, Jeffrey Allan (Lori) Schroeder of Westminster, Colorado and Todd Richard Schroeder of Dacono, Colorado; grandchildren, Addison and Katylin Schroeder; sisters, Janet (Dick) Langhammer of Plano, Texas, Edith Wilson of Omaha, Virginia (Arnold) Varn of Flippin, Arkansas and Ellen Schroeder of Omaha. He was preceded in death by his parents.
