A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2021 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Mitchell with Father Mike McDonald officiating. Cristina was born on June 24, 1928 in Brownwood, Texas to Amado Vasquez and Delores Ruiz. She married Oscar E. Ramirez on February 22, 1942. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.
Survivors include her daughter Santa Magdaleno of Denver, CO; son Andy (Mary) Ramirez of Gering; daughter Carmen (Dan) Hubspeth of Oglala, SD; daughter Rosa Morales of Huston, TX, daughter Maria (Greg) Rodriguez of Mitchell; daughter Irma Lerma of Gering; son Amado (Eva) Ramirez of Scottsbluff; daughter Victoria Ramirez of Morrill; son Santos Ramirez of Tucson, AZ; daughter Maria (Richard) Robles of Mitchell and Lucy (Saul) Esparza of Scottsbluff; 55 grandchildren; 100 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Oscar, 1 brother, 2 sisters and 2 grandchildren.
