Survived by his parents Katrina and Bruce Maynard, John and Debbie Tierney, his two sisters Kendall Swanson and Kelsey Tierney, his grandmother Patricia Torrey, and his fiance Sarah Brooks and step daughter Issabella Brooks, and numerous other loving family members including his beloved dog Roscoe.
He lived life on his own terms, and was loved dearly by every life he touched. He was a big brother to many. Patrick was the man everyone called, for help or advice. He loved sports as a beloved Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots fan. There was not a soul left untouched by his huge heart.
Patrick was a loving and loyal friend, son, and brother who will be truly and dearly missed.
A visitation will be held on Monday July 22, 2024 from 3pm-7pm at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate.
