Joshua J. Barbosa, - 39, of Hanson, formerly of Scituate passed away on February 27, 2019.
He was the beloved son of John P. and Catherine G. (Monteiro) Barbosa of Scituate. Loving brother of Jennifer J. Zarrella and her husband Eric of Easton and the late Ann Margaret Barbosa. Cherished uncle of Vianna, Mateo and Giancarlo. He is also survived by his grandmother Benvinda Monteiro of Scituate and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joshua most enjoyed swimming, cooking, observing nature and being with his family.
Visiting hours on Friday, March 8th from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate.
Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 9th at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate. Interment to follow at St. Marys Cemetery.
