Ted received two Paul Harris Awards from the Rotary Club for his outstanding contributions. While living in Buzzards Bay, he shared his expertise as a Board member with the Lewis Point Association.
Ted was an accomplished sailor who spent many happy hours sailing the waters around Martha’s Vineyard and Cuttyhunk with his family and friends. He also enjoyed camping in his motorhome, woodworking, reading and watching the Patriots. Ted had a joy of living on so many levels. When anyone thinks of Ted, a smile comes on their faces because of his hilarious sense of humor. Ted loved practical jokes and always kept others laughing, especially his children whom he treasured. Ted was a kind and generous man, who always made time to help anyone who needed assistance. He was patient, loving, thoughtful, considerate, dependable and a wonderful person. Everyone who knew him was graced by that experience, especially his family. Ted made everyone’s life better. His love will forever remain in our hearts.
