Doris E. Daley

DALEY, Doris E. (Carlson) of Marshfield, passed away on March 10, 2011 surrounded by her family, after an extended illness. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Clement and their five (5) children: Robert W. of Basking Ridge, NJ; Jude Daley and her companion, Joan Collins, of South Hampton, NH; Deborah and her husband, Richard Gallagher, of Duxbury, MA; Susan Daley and her husband, James McEnery, of Erie, PA; Nancy Daley Demchur of Malvern, PA; seven (7) granddaughters; her sister, Judith Weyand, of Cumberland, ME; and several nieces and nephews. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed celebrating life with her family and was always the perfect hostess. She and Clement traveled the world together and she was a long-time member of St. Christine’s Parish, the North River Arts Society, the Seaside Gardeners of Marshfield, and the New England Home for Little Wanderers. Doris will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family extends their deep gratitude to the entire staff of the Bay Path Nursing Home for all of their tender loving care.
