Kevin C. Ruiter, son of Carleton and Bernice Ruiter, born March 25, 1948, passed away peacefully watching his favorite show “The Voice '' on December 29, 2023. He is survived by his siblings, Carol Stone, Stephen Ruiter, Danny Ruiter, his ex-wife Kathleen Ruiter and daughters Michelle and Kelly. Kevin, lovingly referred to as “Granka” has four grandchildren, Jordan, Jeff, Josh and Thomas who he teased and adored. Kevin is also survived by many nieces and nephews, sister in laws, brother in laws and two sons in law James Blangeard and Jeffrey Taylor.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd. Scituate, Massachusetts on January 7 at 12:30 PM followed by a reception at the Scituate VFW Post 3169, 736 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, MA at 4 PM.
