Barbara Beverly Koelsch

Barbara (Mimi) spent her summers in Naples, Maine and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the Boston Outing Club and was an avid hiker, skier, and camper. She was involved in town with many clubs and organizations including the Scituate Health Service, the Heart Association, and was a troop leader for both the Boys and Girls Scouts. Barbara had a passion for yoga and became a yoga instructor conducting classes for members of her church. She was an active member of the First Parish Unitarian Church for over fifty years.

Loving mother of Frederick A. Koelsch, Douglas F. Koelsch and his wife Lori all of Scituate, Elaine Creighton and her husband David of Falmouth. Proud grandmother of Emily and Joseph Koelsch, Kevin Creighton and the late Shaun Creighton. Great grandmother of Ty Creighton.

Donations in Barbara’s memory may be made to First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 330 First Parish Rd, Scituate, MA 02066. All services will be private.
