Judith Ann Harris

Judith Ann Harris (Thompson), formerly of Richland PA, passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 83. She was born October 3, 1939 in Scranton, PA to Charles Thompson and Dorothy B. Thompson (Jones). She was married to the late Ronald W. Harris. Judith founded Eagles Peak Campgrounds in Newmanstown with husband Ronald, and also worked in the ELCO High School library. She loved spending time with family, cooking, reading and shopping. She is survived by children Ronald W Harris Jr., Scott A. Harris, Stephen W. Harris, Cynthia Torrez; grandchildren Drew Harris, Blake Harris, Chad Harris, Grant Harris, Kristin Peiffer, Tyler Harris, Travis Miller, Seth Miller, Brooke Miller, Andrew Nelson, Meaghan Torrez, and several great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at Clauser Funeral Home, 116 N. Carpenter Street, Schaefferstown PA 17088, on Wednesday May 31 at 11:00 am, followed by private interment at Schaefferstown Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Wednesday May 31 from 10:00-11:00 am at the funeral home.
