John Benjamin Witter

John Benjamin (Ben) Witter, age 51 of Myerstown, PA, PGA Pro and trick shot/power golf entertainer died on Thursday November 5th. He is survived by wife Ann Neiswinter Witter, daughters Samantha and husband Dan Miller of Lebanon, PA, Alexandra and husband Brandon Wentzel, Margaret Witter and Bryan Bowman and their daughter Addison Bowman, Gabrielle and fiancé Owen Shartle, son Nicolas all of Myerstown, PA; sister Jean and husband John Kurtz and their daughter Madeleine of Brentwood, TN, brother James of Newmanstown, PA, and parents John and Linda of Robesonia, PA.

He was also sustained and empowered by the army of friends, family, colleagues and well-wishers whose prayers and support enabled him to remain resolute and gracious despite living for thirty years with multiple cancers. Ironically it was this very circumstance that brought him into the powerful presence of all the people who watched his shows, heard him speak and shared his passion. It was the richness of these relationships on which he thrived. A memorial service celebrating Ben’s extraordinary life will be held on Saturday November 14th at 4pm at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, 4891 West Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers a contribution be made in Ben’s name to either The Four Diamonds Fund (www.fourdiamonds.org) or Jennifer Horst’s Love Fund at Member’s First Bank, 1940 Quentin Road, Lebanon, PA. 17042.
