Joseph Robert Cammilleri of Yonkers, NY passed away in the early morning of March 27, 2023 at the age of 94 years old. Joseph was born in Yonkers on April 5, 1928. He was the son of, Marian Manna and Cologero Cammilleri, who immigrated from Sicily in 1912, and he was the brother of Maria Massimi and Charles Cammilleri. Joseph graduated from Yonkers High School in 1947 and worked briefly at the General Motors plant in Tarrytown NY. In 1953, Joseph enlisted in the United States Navy during the Korean War. After an honorable discharge, Joseph enrolled at Parsons School of Design in New York City where he graduated and went on to a successful career as an Art Director for RCA Records, GE, and BMG Music. Joseph's passions included playing tennis, skiiing and improving his home. Joseph is survived by his loving wife Josephine; and his children Sandra and husband John Kellett; Debra and husband Thomas Klein; Robert and wife Alicia Cammilleri; and his grandchildren Michael, Christopher, Stella and Leo.
