Oh, this is a tremendous and unfathomable loss!  I remember Brian as a child, with a mischievous grin and a kind heart.  May God grant Brian eternal rest and peace.  May the family come together in the aftermath of his death, individually and collectively, and heal all wounds—big and small, old and new.

My deepest condolences to the Lavelle family.  Bo was a good friend and big part of my childhood growing up on Pinetree Lane.  We had a lot of good times and great memories.  I’ll especially remember playing street hockey, trading and flipping baseball cards, Nintendo Baseball, and of course the BFL (Backyard Football League).  Bo always know how to make people smile.

Pinetree Lane was a tight knit group and we all had a lot of great memories with Bo and the Lavelle family over the years. All earlier posts certainly bring back good memories of Bo, how we played and generally the good times we all had together. I’m sorry for your loss but am happy to say that it was great to know Bo and share a part of our lives together.

To Carol, Joe, Danny and the entire Lavelle family - I send my sincere and heartfelt condolences on the loss of Bo.  As neighbors. and friends, Bo was a big part of my, and my families, life growing up.  All the many memories I have of him through the years are good ones. He was always smiling, always laughing, very easy going and a good friend to my brother Shawn. 

Growing up in Levittown, and having him as a  neighbor and friend was a gift.  Playing ball in the street, ringolevio, snow ball fights, or just riding our bikes - and later seeing him at my nieces birthday parties and Shawn’s block parties- are cherished memories that he is a big part of.  

I haven’t seen him in many years, but I’ve known him since he was very young and I am just so very saddened that he is gone, way before what should have been his time





Brian was my childhood friend growing up together on Pinetree Lane. Although we lost touch in adulthood, I thought about him and his family often when going down 'memory lane.' 

I have amazing memories of all of the fun we had and the trouble we got into. I loved the nicknames we had for one another, 'bee-bop' being the one that stands out.

I am heartbroken. My thoughts and prayers are with him, his family, and his close friends during this difficult time. I wish I could be there to mourn and celebrate his life with you all.

RIP bee-bop. You are loved and missed.

Bo, we were good friends growing up on Pinetree Lane. 

We spent many whole summers together playing wiffle ball, buying/trading baseball cards, playing Stratomaric,  riding bikes, and of course BFL (backyard football league), just to name a few. So many great memories with you that I will never forget.
