Tina was born in White Plains on August 13, 1936 to the late Carl and Anna Jean (Molinari) Tucci. On May 7, 1958 she married the love of her life, Michael R. Santoianni Jr., who predeceased her in 1982. Tina is survived by her beloved son, MIchael and his wife Brenda of Hicksville, her loving grandson Michael and his wife Melissa of Hopewell Junction and her loving brother John Tucci and his wife Carmela of White Plains. Her brother Peter "Duke" Tucci and sister in-law Jeannie both predeceased her.
Tina worked as a Teacher's Aid for the Eastchester School System for 45 Years and was President of the Monitors Association for many of those years. She was a devoted Yankee fan as well as an avid storyteller.Talking on the phone for hours was her forte keeping her always connected to family and friends. Tina was a very strong and independent woman for most her life. For the past 3 years she couldn't walk and she became wheelchair bound but she still continued to be as independent as she could right up to her passing. She was an outspoken woman and a woman who fought many battles for herself, as well as for many others. We all will miss her and her phone calls.
