I have such wonderful memories of Joe  When I was a young girl living at home with my parents I would see Joe once a week  He came to cut the grass at my dads house  and we would always share a cold drink and talk about how his garden was doing
Throughout my life Joe always took an interest  in me and my family and always gave me advice about buying my fruits and vegetables 
I remember visiting him Sunday afternoons at the flea market
In more recent years my fondest memories of Joe (pearl) were  our yearly cousin gathering Whether  it was in Wasaga beach Niagara Falls or just in someones back yard Joe was always supportive  in any thing the cousin wanted to do 
His love for life spread to everyone he met 
Joe... John and I will be forever grateful to you for all you taught us

Pearl and family, we send you our sincere condolences. I have fond memories of the times Joe greeted me with his warm greeting and friendly smile. He was truly a kind gentleman.

We proudly both shared the name of our "Uncle Joe" who came to Canada in the 1920's and paved the way for us all who followed.

Dear Pearl and family,
We were very sorry to hear of (Uncle) Joe’s passing. I have known him my whole life and he will be missed by many. He had a gentle and kind spirit that is so rare today.  A soul  that can never be replaced and that stands as something to be remembered and emulated as a role model for how we should treat one another and live our lives.  He has joined all of our heavenly families as a reward for a life well lived, in the presence of God and all who loved him while on earth.  We will always remember his warm smile and how he always had the time for a personal chat with anyone who passed by,  no matter how busy he was.  His interactions were always heartfelt.  Your sorrow is deep but may the experience of your memories carry you in these hard days, months and years ahead.

Aunt Pearl and Family,
I met Uncle Joe on several occasions (the last being in February 2020) and he always adorned a happy welcoming smile.  Through his story telling, I am sure that he built strong family bonds and was very proud of his family.    I will remember him as  a wonderful man that built a close knit family through promoting the essential traits of life that included humanity, integrity and honesty. The entire family should consider themselves fortunate to have had a husband, father, grandfather and friend that loved them and those around him ... those memories shared with him shall live and bring you happiness each and everyday as you move forward ... be thankful for those memories and share them with those around you.
