Peacefully at Hospice Wellington on March 3, 2022 in his 69th year. Frankie was born on June 13, 1953, the “No. 1 son” of Frank (2014) and Jeanne Horgan (2013), predeceased by brother Paul (2013), survived by Cathy, brothers Gregory (Teresa), Michael (Elizabeth), Patrick (Annemieke), and Philip (Christine), sisters Maureen (Klaus) Stitz, and Theresa (Dr. Ian) Gray, 23 nieces and nephews, 9 great nieces and nephews, Godparents Janice Bryan and Michael Keogh and many Horgan and Keogh relatives. Long-time resident of Don Mills, he worked for Arc Industries for more than 35 years. For many years, he was proud to hold the “box” for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Bonaventure’s Church. More recently, he lived at DePaul House for over nine years, giving him a valued second life. Many thanks to Nadira (last name) and the staff and residents of DePaul House, Vincent House and Martineau House, operated by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and Pat Stuart and the staff of Hospice Wellington who provided his final home. Frank lived with Down’s syndrome and was a happy and loving person, a unifying force in our family and a cat of nine lives. He will be greatly missed. Wake services will be held at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home 1939 Lawrence Avenue East on Monday, March 7, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will occur at St. Bonaventure’s Church 1300 Leslie Street at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2022 and interment at St. James Cemetery, Colgan, Ontario.
